Here’s what you’ll need to pack in your emergency kit to keep you safe when you’re enjoying days on your bike.
First Aid Kit
It’s a no-brainer to pack a first aid kit in your emergency bag, but it’s also important to update your kit regularly. Be sure that alcohol pads are not dried out, you have a full stock of bandages, and you have unexpired medications (like ibuprofen) on hand.

Light Bulbs
Visibility is key when it comes to motorcycle safety, and your lights are what make you visible to others on the road. Keep spare taillight bulbs and headlight bulbs in your emergency kit so you never have to worry that a burnt-out bulb will leave you unable to be seen.
Duct Tape
